I made a mistake when filling in my order details! What should I do?

Please email [email protected] ASAP with your order details and I will change the details accordingly if possible. If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately I will not be liable for any stolen, lost, or returned package caused by incomplete or incorrect information. In the event that a package does get returned to me, any cost of redelivery will be borne by you. For more information, please check the Shipping Policy page.

There is a defect in the product/mistake with my order. What should I do?

I apologise for the poor experience! While I do my best to check on the quality (and quantity) of my products before sending them out, sometimes there can be oversights as I am but one person. If there is an issue with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to email [email protected].

My order has still not arrived. What should I do?

Unfortunately from time to time packages can get stuck in transit or even go missing. For domestic deliveries, please email [email protected] if your order has not arrived after 20 working days.

For international deliveries, packages are delivered via our national courier, Pos Malaysia, to keep shipping costs affordable for you at the expense of speed. While deliveries to destinations such as the United States, Canada, and most of Europe usually take around 20 working days to arrive, it may actually take up to 3 months for the package to arrive.

While your patience and understanding would be very much appreciated as you wait (and I certainly hope the wait is worth it!), if your order has yet to arrive after 3 months, please reach out to [email protected] and I will try my best to assist.

I received my order but it’s not what I expected. Can I return it?

I am sorry to hear that! If the item quality is simply not up to your expectations, unfortunately this is not a basis for a refund or return. With that said, please reach out to me via email and I will try my best to work out a solution.

Do you take wholesale orders?

Shipping & Processing

How long will you take to ship out my order?

My processing time is generally between 1-5 working days. As each order is prepared and packaged personally by me, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak and holiday seasons.

How long will shipping take?

All packages are shipped from my home studio based in Malaysia. Under normal circumstances, deliveries within Malaysia take approximately 2-5 working days for West Malaysia and 4-10 working days for East Malaysia, while international deliveries can take approximately 1-2 months to arrive. Please note that there may be further delays due to customs, high delivery loads, or other unforeseen issues.

Which shipping courier do you use?

For domestic shipping, Pos Malaysia and J&T are the standard couriers used for deliveries. This may be subject to change depending on several factors.

For international shipping, Pos Malaysia is the standard courier used in order to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. If you would like to request for DHL or FedEx, please contact me at [email protected] to get a customised quote before placing your order.

Do I have to pay import duty or taxes and charges?

If you are an international customer, please note that you are solely responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges that may be incurred when the package reaches your country. These are not included in the item or shipping prices displayed on the website.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
